Salsa!
No, not the dance, as much fun as that would be - literally salsa and lots and lots of it. Yes, this was the scene on our kitchen counter earlier this week. Let me just explain, Dan loves chips and salsa and we are always trying to find "the" one. Just when I think we found one we both like, Dan gets tired of it and we move on to something else. The two types on the right are currently top choices but we haven't decided which version (mild, medium, or hot) is ideal, or for that matter, which combination is right. And then when I forget what we already have in the pantry and Dan goes to Trader Joe's, we end up with 6 unopened jars of salsa (and two opened ones in the fridge). I'm feeling a little embarrassed all of the sudden, does anyone else have a similar problem?

Yeah, we do that. Not with salsa (yet), but for a while I had a billion jars of pickles. Phil loves pickles and I kept forgetting I had them and buying more.
It makes me so full of joy in my soul that Dan loves chips and salsa. So fitting, seeing as it's in every Mexican restaurant yet (from what I understand) not actually a Mexican staple. It's like he's Mexican, but not.
