Thanksgiving
So we made it to and from Tucson without having a baby on the plane or Arizona! The flights were more or less uneventful except for that fact that Marie did not sleep ANY on either flight. That is 7 hours of flying, much of which would have been after her bed time or during her nap time but no, of course she did not sleep. Even I typically sleep an hour or two when I fly but not this little one. This should be her last flight as a lap child and I think that makes a lot of sense. She might have slept had she had her own seat.
Thanksgiving in Tucson was gorgeous. It was 80 degrees on Thursday and we ate outside. Check out the pictures Dan's sister took of our fam. You can see how pregnant I am - 37 weeks and 2 days today. I hope our little guy comes early (my due date is Dec. 21st) - Liz is coming to town Dec. 15th-21st and if he doesn't come before then, it would be ideal if I went into labor then so I wouldn't have to worry about arranging childcare for Marie. However, I have a slew of friends who are willing to watch her so if that needs to happen, I know she will be well-taken care of and loved on. We have such a wonderful community of friends here.

And lastly, here are some cutie pictures of Marie being tickled and
attacked with kisses by her daddy. I just love these!
